  • Scientific Name : Aglais cashmirensis (Fruh.)
  • Family : NYMPHALIDAE
  • Wingspan : 55-65mm
  • Colour : Brown with red and white patch.
  • Habit : Commonly found in the hilly terrain of North Bengal; seen through out the year; Males are territorial; fond of visiting flowers like Taraxacum officinale, Tagetes sp., Aster sp., Primula denticulate etc.
